Please note that due to Covid-19, we are experiencing significant delays for international postage. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

* Parcels to Australia can only be sent by postal parcel (by sea) and the delivery time may take several weeks.

Standard shipping

Standard shipping by Polish Post by priority registered mail. Please note: Packages over 2 kg are sent only by postal parcel.

 

Polish Post informs that the time of delivery is approx. 3-5 business days to Europe and 5-7 business days to non-European countries by priority registered mail.

However, we can see that parcels to Europe usually arrive within 1-2 weeks, parcels to the USA within 4-6 weeks, and delivery to Canada and Australia is even 6-8 weeks.

We hope you will find fast delivery, and apologize for any delays in transport as well as appreciate your understanding.

The shipping price is automatically calculated at checkout. It depends on the weight of the package (quantity of products / meters of fabrics) and the delivery country.

 

Priority registered mail (up to 2 kg)

  • 5,5 – 15,5 € to Europe
  • 5,5 – 20,0 € to North America, USA and Africa
  • 5,5 – 23,5 € to South and Central America and Asia
  • 5,5 – 35,5 € to Australia and Oceania

Postal parcel (2-20 kg)

  • 22,0 – 50,0 € to Europe
  • 28,5 – 106,5 € to North America, USA and Africa
  • 32,0 – 130,5 € to South and Central America and Asia
  • 43,0 – 188,5 € to Australia and Oceania

 

Please note: Customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declaration.

Courier

We offer shipping by UPS courier to Poland in selected European countries (Polish, France, Germany, Italy, Lithuania, Sweden).

If you care about fast shipping, write us a message, and we will check the price of delivery by courier for you.

Questions

1) When will my order be shipped?

Please note, orders are packed and dispatched once a week. Your order will be processed within 5 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

2) How do I know my order is shipped?

Once you receive an order confirmation email from Merely Susan your order will be processed. 

The items are packaged and after dispatch you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.


3) How will my order be shipped?

Merely Susan is now working with Polish Post for postal deliveries or orders shipment by UPC courier.


4) Will my order incur customs charges?

If your address is outside Poland, your order may incur a customs or import duty charge, and may be subject to regulatory compliance. Merely Susan is not responsible for any charges in relation to customs clearance or quarantine.

Merely Susan does not have any control over these charges and is unable to advise what they will be, as they vary from country to country. For more information, please contact your local customs office or email office@merelysusan.com.


5) What happens if my items get lost during shipment?

Contact the carrier your order was sent with and quote the tracking number that was sent to you in your shipping confirmation email.

If the carrier cannot locate your items, email office@merelysusan.com. We will be happy to help you.


6) What happens if I miss the delivery attempt?

Polish Post will leave a failed delivery attempt card at your chosen address. This will direct you to your nearest Post Office to collect the item.

Please note that delivery times will vary depending on your location. Merely Susan is not responsible for unclaimed shipments. 

The re-delivery costs and the costs incurred due to the failure to collect the parcel will be the responsibility of the customer.


7) What is your Returns Policy?

We accept returns of purchased products without giving any reason. We are happy to do an exchange * or accept a complaint about defective products.

To make a return, please send an e-mail to office@merelysusan.com and have the products shipped within 14 working days. 


Pease note: In accordance with our Terms and Conditions, non-refundable products are custom-made products, fabric samples as well as wallpapers samples and rolls.


Return shipping is payable by the customer, and it is recommended to use a tracked method for safe delivery. 


Pease note: Merely Susan is not responsible for the loss of a returned parcel, and the original payment of shipping will not be refunded.


8) Do you do exchanges or credit notes?

All exchanges / credit notes will be completed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the returned goods.

Merely Susan reserves the right to deny a refund of the merchandise returned if the products will be used, damaged or this Returns Policy is not followed.
