Linen Textiles Collection

My first collection of linen textiles was carefully made in a small Polish sewing workshop from natural materials with my original pattern designs.

For this project I chose a high quality, 100% linen fabric which were woven by a company from Poland. I experimented with different ways of finishing the material.

Some of the products were made of white and ivory linen fabric, which was subjected to the processes of ‘temblowania’ and stabilization. The material is soft and pleasant to the touch with visible creases. The remaining products were made of linen fabric in the oatmeal or natural color with a higher grammage. This material was only subjected to the washing process, so it turned out to be stiffer, and the products made from it had a more elegant look.

Appreciate what cannot be obtained in mass production – imperfections resulting from work with your own hands and high-quality craftsmanship. Celebrate what gives designs unique character, as well as the sincerity of the material and the simple and timeless design that will allow items to stand the test of time.

The collection includes decorative pillows and kitchen and tea towels

I wanted to show the products in a cozy space at home.

An interior styling project was also created in my studio. I took the photos in my apartment – in a tenement house from the 1930s in Warsaw.
